New, you say?

Hello world, I am Dom and I will be your crazy blogger for these adventures in obscurity. New adventures in obscurity, no less.

Why new? I hear you ask, well a number of reasons. 1. All the other names were taken (I would have much preferred Somewhere Else), 2. This is my second forray into Blogging after my previous blog, the Life and Times, vanished into neglected obscurity (see what I did there? No? Fine.) and 3. Why The Hell Not? Anyway much like before, I'm going to use this as an excuse to write about the wider world; a semi-new home for Somewhere Else, a column I wrote for the (now mysteriously vanished) school web-zine *shudder*; and maybe a few bits of technical video-gamery thrown in just because.

Of course, all this is going to be second fiddle to the fact I'm going to be moving to University in a few weeks time, for now anyway. But hey, all the stress'll be good for my writings...
